"1- The entrance to the hotel is unappealing and can be improved
2-During dinners, tea is served only downstairs, but deserts and nice turkish Baghlava upstairs on the desert bar
3-The ice creme bar is nice and tasty
4- the grill line is unbelievably long
5- the dishes are routinely not properly cleaned
6- entertainment crew works very hard, although some of the shows are repeats
7- The African team show was very nice"
